Privacy notice

Your account and progress

PoleFolio uses Google or Apple to sign you in. We receive an account identifier and the name and email information you choose to share. PoleFolio does not receive your Google or Apple password.

Your profile preferences, self-reported level, interests, move statuses, side abilities, combination readiness, notes, favorites, goals and dated progress changes are stored in your private account. Optional profile images are stored privately. Apple authorization tokens are encrypted on the server so we can revoke access when you delete your account.

How information is used

We use this information to maintain your portfolio, synchronize it across your devices and calculate your personal progress. Your skill records and personal notes are private by default. A move suggestion that you explicitly submit for catalog review can be seen by authorized content reviewers.

Service providers and storage

Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services for this beta; the project is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Google and Apple process sign-in requests under their own privacy policies. Expo provides the application build infrastructure and Apple distributes the beta through TestFlight. The app keeps an encrypted cache on your device for offline use.

This beta does not enable PostHog usage analytics or Sentry error reporting. There are no advertising trackers on this support page. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information to operate their services.

Retention and your choices

Account records remain available while your account exists. You can export your data or request account deletion from Profile in the app. Deletion removes your active account and associated private records; shared catalog contributions may remain without your personal attribution. Infrastructure backups can retain copies until the provider's configured retention expires.

For privacy questions or requests, open PoleFolio in TestFlight and choose Send Beta Feedback. This channel is monitored by the PoleFolio team. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or private keys.

For help or feedback, open PoleFolio in TestFlight and choose Send Beta Feedback. Include a description of the issue; screenshots are optional.

Please include the app version, your device model and the steps that caused the problem. Avoid including private notes or credentials in screenshots.

About this beta

PoleFolio tracks self-reported skills. The beta catalog contains clearly marked sample moves and does not provide instructor-reviewed technical tutorials. Progress percentages do not certify your level or physical readiness.

Delete your account

1. Open PoleFolio and go to Profile.
2. Choose account deletion and sign in again if requested.
3. Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app, use Send Beta Feedback on the PoleFolio page in TestFlight to request assistance. We will verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. Never send your password or authentication code.
